Hand wash your copperware using warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge. Avoid dishwashers, abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and harsh chemicals. After washing, dry the piece immediately with a soft cloth to help prevent water spots and preserve its finish.

With proper care, re-tinning is generally not needed for a long time. The tin lining can remain intact for many years as long as it is not exposed to excessive heat, abrasive cleaning products, or sharp and hard utensils that could scratch the interior surface.

Avoid placing empty tin-lined cookware over high heat and do not use metal utensils inside the product. If the copper beneath the lining becomes clearly visible or the interior is deeply scratched or damaged, the piece should no longer be used for food or beverages until it has been professionally re-tinned.

Copperware can be used safely when it is properly manufactured, appropriately lined for its intended use, and cared for correctly. Copper is a reactive metal, so unlined copper should not be used with acidic foods or beverages, as direct contact can cause copper to migrate into the contents.

Always inspect the lining before use and discontinue use if it becomes deeply scratched, worn through, or damaged. Unlined, damaged, or poorly maintained copperware should not be used for general food or beverage contact.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, estimated delivery to the United States is generally 2–5 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, holidays, and seasonal shipping volume.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been dispatched. Please allow approximately 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package. Delivery estimates are guidelines and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, free from damage or signs of use, and preferably returned in their original packaging.
