At CuprumLiving, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your handcrafted copperware. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging when possible
- Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use
To start a return, please contact us at support@cuprumliving.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used items
- Items damaged by improper care, cleaning, storage, or handling
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale
- Items returned without approval
Handmade Product Variations
Our products are handcrafted, and slight variations in color, texture, hammering, shape, shine, or finish may naturally occur.
These variations are part of the beauty and character of handmade copperware and are not considered defects.
Copper may also develop a natural patina over time. This is a normal characteristic of genuine copper and is not considered a defect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cuprumliving.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging, if damaged during shipping
We will review your request and, if approved, offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges for all products due to limited inventory and small-batch production.
If you would like a different item, size, or style, please contact us at support@cuprumliving.com. If approved, we may offer an exchange or store credit depending on availability.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cuprumliving.com.
We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
