Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, or promotional campaigns. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Destinations
CuprumLiving currently ships to the United States.
If shipping to additional countries becomes available, updated shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and seasonal volume.
Typical delivery time after dispatch is approximately:

Shipping Costs

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be clearly displayed on the website or at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details if tracking is available.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
CuprumLiving is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cuprumliving.com.
We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been placed.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We do our best to ensure each order is packed securely. However, once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@cuprumliving.com with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information.
For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you.
Shipping Delays
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an update.
If your order has not yet shipped, you may choose to wait for the delayed shipment or request cancellation and a refund.
Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items
Some handcrafted products may be made in small batches or offered as pre-order items. If an item has a longer preparation time, this will be stated on the product page whenever applicable.

Return & Refund Policy

At CuprumLiving, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your handcrafted copperware. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging when possible
- Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used items
- Items damaged by improper care, cleaning, storage, or handling
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale
- Items returned without approval
Handmade Product Variations
Our products are handcrafted, and slight variations in color, texture, hammering, shape, shine, or finish may naturally occur.
These variations are part of the beauty and character of handmade copperware and are not considered defects.
Copper may also develop a natural patina over time. This is a normal characteristic of genuine copper and is not considered a defect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cuprumliving.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging, if damaged during shipping
We will review your request and, if approved, offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges for all products due to limited inventory and small-batch production.
If you would like a different item, size, or style, please contact us at support@cuprumliving.com. If approved, we may offer an exchange or store credit depending on availability.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cuprumliving.com.
We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
